The Instruction Manager is our online platform that allows you to quickly and efficiently provide your employees with legally compliant occupational safety instructions. The following modules are available: Basic Rules for Safety and Health at Work, Sicheres Arbeiten im Büro (in German) , and Grundregeln für Sicherheit und Gesundheit bei der Arbeit (in German).
Inviting Employees to Instruction
1. Fill out the form below and send the invitation to your employee.
2. Your employee will receive an email with a link and access code, as well as instructions (you will receive a copy of the email).
3. After completing the instruction, your employee can download or print a certificate.
Important Note: Monitor the completion of the instruction. As an employer, you are legally obligated to instruct your employees.
